WINR CENTER | OPENING 2026

Organic Wastes are Nutrients out of place!

WINR Centers transform organic waste streams into natural fertilizer. We reduce your disposal costs, strengthen your sustainability story, and keep nutrients in the cycle where they belong.

THE CHALLENGE

Organic Waste Is a Growing Problem and a Missed Opportunity

Food processors generate organic byproducts by the semi load: potato peels, grain hulls, processing residues. Every one of those materials contains nutrients that were harvested from the soil to grow food. Right now, most of it goes to landfills costing you money and breaking the nutrient cycle permanently.

A waste stream is just a nutrient out of place. We put it back where it belongs.

THE SOLUTION

Waste Into Nutrient Recovery

WINR Centers take your organic waste — food manufacturing byproducts, manure, post-consumer organics — and transform it into high-quality natural fertilizer. Your waste becomes a farmer's best input. The nutrient cycle completes.

WINR stands for Waste Into Nutrient Recovery. Not new technology. Mother Nature's design, applied at industrial scale.

WHY EVERYBODY WINS

Four Wins. Zero Losers.

If everybody wins in the transaction, it's impossible to fail. That's the principle WINR is built on.

You Win

Sustainable disposal at competitive cost. A partner who handles logistics and actually does something good with your waste. Your sustainability story gets real.

Farmers Win

A local, stable-priced nutrient source that feeds the whole soil, not just N-P-K. Not vitamins from a pharmacy. A complete meal from the grocery store.

Communities Win

Local jobs. Local dollars. 95% of every dollar spent on our products stays in-state, compared to 85% going overseas with imported fertilizer.

The Environment Wins

Nutrients recovered instead of landfilled or land applied. Reduced methane. Reduced Nutrient Runoff. Healthier soil that retains water, sequesters carbon, and grows more nutritious food.

"If everybody wins, it's almost impossible to fail. Nobody loses for somebody else to win. When everyone benefits, the system will continue."

Abe Sandquist, Founder, Natural Fertilizer Services

Iowa Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 | Former USDA-NRCS

THE PROCESS

From Your Waste Stream to Fertile Soil

01

We Assess Your Waste Stream

We evaluate what you're generating: volume, composition, frequency, current disposal costs. No two waste streams are identical. We design around yours.

02

Pickup & Transport

We handle logistics. Our team picks up your organic waste on a schedule that fits your operation and transports it to the nearest WINR Center.

03

Controlled Composting (ASP)

Materials are processed using Aerated Static Pile technology with controlled oxygen, temperature, and moisture. This produces consistent, high-quality compost faster and with lower emissions than traditional methods.

04

Recipe-Based Product Creation

We don't just compost, we engineer. Using our AgSimplified platform, we track every ingredient and create blends with specific nutrient profiles: sulfur, calcium, phosphates, potassium, C:N ratios, all dialed in.

05

Delivered to Farmers, Applied to Fields

Finished products go to farmers across our network, applied where nutrients are needed most. The cycle completes. Your waste built someone's soil.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Who We're Looking For

Food Processors & Manufacturers

You generate organic byproducts at scale. You want a sustainable, cost-effective disposal partner who does something valuable with your waste and can document it for your reporting.

THE NUMBERS

Why the Economics Work

0%

of every dollar a farmer spends on imported fertilizer goes overseas. It doesn't stay in your state, your county, or your community.

0%

of every dollar spent on WINR products stays within the state. Local jobs. Local trucks. Local impact.

"When I was a kid, my grandma told me: a weed is just a plant out of place. I've thought about that ever since. A waste stream is just a nutrient out of place. Mother Nature made all of it. We just need to put it back where it belongs."

Questions We Hear

Organic waste from food processing, manufacturing byproducts, livestock manure, and post-consumer food waste. We assess each stream individually and build a custom plan.

Composting breaks down most residual contaminants through microbial activity and sustained heat. Our ASP technology gives us more control over this than traditional methods. We monitor throughout the process.

Landfills are a dead end: nutrients are lost and methane is generated. WINR Centers recover nutrients aerobically and return them to farmland. Your waste builds soil instead of filling a hole.

It depends on your waste stream: volume, composition, frequency, and distance. In many cases, WINR is cost-competitive with landfill hauling. We'll give you a straight answer when we connect.

First two facilities in Western Iowa. Third site purchased. If you're outside Iowa, reach out anyway. We're seeking partners in other states.

That's the whole point. 20 years of logistics, technology, and regulatory groundwork. FPEP grant validates the model at federal level. We're not experimenting. We're executing.

They're asking for it and can't get it at scale. That's the whole reason we're building WINR Centers. The demand from agriculture for quality compost and natural fertility far exceeds the current supply.

Land application of raw organics is risky: nutrient loss, runoff, and odor challenges. WINR Centers provide a better solution: year-round, engineered facilities that biologically stabilize nutrients, creating a consistent, compliant product while eliminating your risk.
